Secret Agent Game (A Bit of Disney Fun)

One day, while in Disney, we planned to participate in the World Showcase Secret Agent game, based on the Phineas and Ferb show...
We knew about this before leaving home, and naturally Kayli was prepared with her Perry the Platypus t-shirt! (You know we always love "themes!")

the way you play is that you’re posing as a secret agent helping Perry. You receive a tiny cell phone that is pre-programmed with your step by step instructions to carry out your mission at one of seven World Showcase pavilions. Once you arrive at the pavilion, the cell phone's video screen and audio provide various clues to help you solve a set of simple puzzles necessary for defeating Doofenshmirtz’s plan. As you discover each clue, you might find special effects such as talking statues or flaming lanterns. We carried out our mission in Mexico...
the voice instructions would tell Kayli to hold the phone pointing towards a balcony above a certain shop, and press the "ok" button. As she did, suddenly this would appear...
or this...
the vendors were all eager to help with clues. At one point, our phone "froze up" as we were pointing it at a specified location. A nearby vendor, whom I hadn't even noticed, suddenly yelled to us "bring me the phone." He punched in some numbers and handed it back to me, ready to give the next instruction. We had a lot of fun moving from one spot to the next...
until the grand finale, as Kayli pointed her phone from the balcony...
and suddenly, off in the distance, the pyramid lit up, and the volcano erupted, and we were congratulated on a job well done...
and instructed to return the phone to a special dropbox designed just for these agent phones...

A Royal Night

Kayli had already planned out her royal outfit with her pink gown, pink sparkle shoes, and her princess jewelry...all brought from home. What she didn't know, however, was that I had secretly packed a beautiful princess tiara, sparkle hair spray, and tiny pearl and diamond skin jewels! She was beyond thrilled, to say the least!
We took the monorail from the magic kingdom to the Princess dinner (Cinderella, Prince Charming, Stepsisters, and Stepmother) at the Grand Floridian, and the monorail was a "thrill ride" in itself (according to Kayli).
Here we go...

and the Grand Finale...as Kayli said "BEST DAY EVER!"

I Never Grow Tired of These Characters!

We did many things at the Magic Kingdom on our first day here, including chasing down fast passes for the most popular rides, navigating our way to some of our favorite rides like "It's a Small World"  "Winnie the Pooh" and "The Dumbo Ride".
We went non-stop from morning to night, ending our day with a wonderful dinner at the Crystal Palace, where we got to hang out with our favorite characters from the Hundred Acre Wood, Tigger, Pooh, Eeyore, and Piglet! These guys are so funny and cute!
So, as Tigger would say "TTFN" or "TaTa For Now!" Next up...princess dining.

Only 4 More "Sleeps"

Yep...only 4 more sleeps before we find ourselves on that Magic Express to the "Most Magical Place on Earth!" We have been planning and plotting and saving and dreaming of this, our third trip to the fun-filled fabulous Walt Disney World! Kayli has been asking me non-stop "how many days, how many days?!!" Sooooo, in order to get us through this week, I created a picture puzzle countdown...
upon completion of this puzzle, with the last piece being placed on the night before we leave, the following picture will appear...
and by noon the next day we'll be arriving to this...
and this...
so stay tuned...
