Summer is Slipping Away

The rainy forecast for the Labor Day Holiday weekend thankfully didn't come true. We had some beautiful days to head outdoors for fun at the park, a pool party, and just hanging out in the yard. Kayli got to meet up with her cousins Jake and Nick for a picnic in the park, followed by some fun exploring and play!

The next day we all went over to Aunt Karen and Uncle Kevin's for a pool party and barbeque. We brought Grandpa to the party and didn't get him home until well after midnight! Miss Kayli had dropped in her tracks about 10:30 p.m. after literally spending hours diving for rings in the pool, a newly acquired skill! Monday was our day to sleep in (8:30) and just have a go-with-the-flow kind of day.
