Hot Chocolate, Cookies, and Tree Trimming

I decided to buy a new Christmas tree this year and managed to get in on a great sale! It was SO easy to put up, 1-2-3, plug in, and voilaa! Now, all we need are ornaments, but wait, we can't decorate a tree without cookies and hot chocolate, sooooo...out came the butter...

and the flour...

ohh, baking is so much fun!

and now we're ready to decorate that tree!

We just added Christmas music and we were ready to go. Kayli was so excited to help with the ornaments, and did a fabulous job!

 There's nothing like the ambiance of Christmas lights!
